Welcome to MCAT Simplified. By enrolling in our programs, workshops, or services, or by submitting your information through any of our forms, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

Section 1: Program Access
Enrollment provides access to the selected MCAT Simplified program, including live workshops, study resources, and our private student community. Tutors may meet with students to provide additional support when appropriate.

Section 2: Student Commitment
Success in our program requires active participation, including attending workshops, completing practice, and engaging with available resources. Students are responsible for maintaining consistent effort throughout their preparation.

Section 3: No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial or full, for any program, course, or workshop. Our team invests funds into your success immediately upon enrollment, including live workshops and group sessions, access to instructors and study support, and free resources such as study schedules and our MCAT book (with free U.S. shipping). Because these benefits are delivered upfront, no refund exceptions are permitted.

Section 4: Customer Satisfaction Commitment
Our #1 priority is your success. While refunds are not available, our tutors and instructors are committed to working with students to address challenges and ensure you receive the support you need. Students are encouraged to reach out to our team through the private Discord community or email for personalized guidance.

Section 5: Intellectual Property
All course content, study materials, and workshops are the property of MCAT Simplified. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.

Section 6: Lead Forms and Mobile Number Collection
Some pages on our website include forms that request your mobile phone number so our team can follow up regarding our programs. By submitting your mobile number through one of these forms, you consent to receive text messages and/or calls from MCAT Simplified at the number provided, including for enrollment follow-up, program updates, and promotional messages, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Section 7: SMS Terms and A2P Messaging Consent
By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following: message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply; you may reply STOP at any time to opt out of receiving messages, and reply HELP for assistance; consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase; and your mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
